A UE, base station and method for coordinating uplink power. The UE establishes a connection with at least one base station and comprises: a determination unit, used for determining the uplink power allocated for each base station of the at least one base station according to specified information, wherein the uplink power being power used for uplink transmission by the UE under the each base station; and a notification unit, used for informing the each base station of the uplink power allocated for the each base station. In the present invention, coordination of the uplink power of the UE is not considered from the viewpoint of the base station any more, but the uplink power of the UE is allocated directly on the UE side and actively according to each base station. That is, a former manner in which the UE obtains passively, according to the scheduling of the base station, the uplink power that should be used is transformed into that the UE determines actively how much uplink power should be allocated to each base station according to some information and reports to the corresponding base station about allocation results. Thereby, the difficult problem for each base station in coordinating the uplink power of the UE is solved.
