The invention relates to a smart electric meter with a magnetic three-phase line. The smart electric meter comprises a smart electric meter body which is provided with a three-phase voltage input socket. A magnetic phase line is electrically plugged into the three-phase voltage input socket. The magnetic phase line is composed of a wire, a fuse, and a magnet. The wire is composed of a first wire and a second wire which are disconnected. The fuse is connected between the first wire and the second wire. The other end of the first wire is connected with a plug, and the other end of the second wire is connected with the magnet. The magnet is magnetically connected with the electrodes of a three-phase power supply. According to the invention, the outwardly-extending magnetic phase line is arranged on the smart electric meter in a plugging manner, and the magnet is arranged at the tail end of the magnetic phase line. No wiring is needed when the magnetic phase line on the smart electric meter is connected to a three-phase electrode of an electrical cabinet, while the magnetic phase line on the smart electric meter is directly absorbed on the three-phase electrode of the electrical cabinet through the magnet at the tail end. The safety is high. The electrical cabinet does not need to be powered off. Cost saving is achieved.
