Standardized weave designing of multicolored warp woven photographs

In response to the complex arrangement of the colored weft and warp yarns and special structure of woven photograph fabrics,a set of unique denomination regulation for the weave structure of woven photograph fabrics is prepared to divide their complex multilayer structures into three standardized basic structures and carry out standardized weave designing.Through analyzing the standardized basic structures,the representation and sequence of gradual structure transition of multicolored warp woven photographs are introduced,and the cause leading to warp wise defects such as ″red stripes″ is discussed,as well as related resolutions.This denomination regulation for the weave structure and proposed basic structures have simplified the designing process of the weave structure of multicolored warp woven photographs and provided technical references for setting up their weave data base and digital design.
