Short-term forecast of atmosphere electrical condition on meteorological and optical parameters

This paper deals with the problem of interactions between the meteorological and electrical parameters of the atmosphere. A regression model method for nonstationary processes is presented. A model of the electric field tension-meteorological parameters relationship is discussed.
