The present invention provides a method using BacillusamyloliquefaciensH47 for making mulberry leaf apocynum venetum leaf enzyme hair care cream, the characteristics of the process are that: mulberry leaf and apocynum venetum leaf are used as main raw materials, Bacillus amyloliquefaciens H47 is used as a fermentation strain, the Bacillus amyloliquefaciens H47 is preserved in CCTCC(China Center For Type Culture Collection) on June 24, 2013, the accession number is CCTCC NO: M2013283, the mulberry leaf and apocynum venetum leaf, the Bacillus amyloliquefaciens H47 and the pure water are added and evenly mixed in the volume ratio of 2-5:1-3:7-2 to prepare a mulberry leaf apocynum venetum leaf fermentation raw liquid, a Bacillus amyloliquefaciens H47 and lactic acid bacteria seed liquid is inoculated into the fermentation raw liquid at the temperature of 25 DEG C-35 DEG C according to the proportion of 1-5% for fermenting for 6-14d under the condition of pH value of 5.0-8.0 to obtain a mulberry leaf apocynum venetum leaf enzyme beverage crude product; and large particle residues are preliminarily screened out by coarse filtration with a 20-32 mesh filtration sieve, and small particle residues are further filtered by fine filtration by use of a 80 to 100 mesh filtration sieve to obtain the mulberry leaf apocynum venetum leaf enzyme hair care cream.
