Research progress in screening and identification of rice germplasm for resistance to the rice leaf roller(Cnaphalocrocis medinalis) and related areas

In his paper,research progress in screening and identification of rice germplasm for resistance to the rice leaf roller and related areas was summarized,including rice germplasm,techniques for identification,mechanism and resistant varieties breeding.Two material with the moderately resistant to the rice leaf roller were screened out of 1 000 rice germplasm,some medium material were obtained by way of cross and backcross,which could be used in rice insect-resistant breeding.
