Provided is a bearing flexibility measuring device. A blowing connector is communicated with a nozzle on a blowing seat, and the blowing seat is matched with a gear which is arranged on an installation plate and connected with a mandrel. A measuring control mechanism is arranged in an air bearing seat in clearance fit mode through an air bearing, the air bearing seat is fixed below the installation plate, the mandrel with the gear arranged at the upper end is arranged in the air bearing in clearance fit mode, a measuring head is fixed at the lower end of the mandrel, the lower end of the mandrel is inserted into an inner ring of a bearing to be tested to drive the bearing to be tested to rotate, and a measuring air connector is connected onto the air bearing seat. The nozzles blows in the rotating tangential direction of the gear, the blown air is completely acted on the gear, and therefore energy consumption is small, use ratio is high and starting torque is large. The air serves as media so that the mandrel is separated from a connection column, and the gear is separated from the air bearing seat, pressure and mechanical friction are not generated between the mandrel and the connection column and the gear and the air bearing seat, outside factor friction force and interference force which affect measuring accuracy of the measuring device are removed, and measuring accuracy is high and accurate. An air source blows to the gear and is not directly contacted with the bearing, requirements for the air source is not high, and goodness of rotating flexibility quality of the bearing is quantized and subjected to unified standard.
