Inverted double-out-rod stay cable oil damper based on thin-wall small hole throttling

2013
The invention relates to an inverted double-out-rod stay cable oil damper based on thin-wall small hole throttling. The stay cable oil damper adopts the structure that damping liquid is poured into the inner cavity of a cylinder barrel, and a piston is arranged in the inner cavity of the cylinder barrel; an end cap is arranged at the left end of the cylinder barrel, and a protective cover is arranged at the outer surface of the left end of the cylinder barrel; aleft lug plate is arranged at the left end of the protective cover, a right lug plate is arranged at the right end of the cylinder barrel, and ball bearings are respectively arranged on the left lug plate and the right lug plate; a through hole is formed in the end cap in an axial direction, and a left piston rod is arranged in the through hole; the left end of the left piston rod is connected with the left lug plate, and the right end of a right piston rod is connected with the right lug plate; piston rod mounting holes matched with the left piston rod and the right piston rod are formed in the piston in the axial direction, and a plurality of flow-guiding holes penetrating through the left end face and the right end face of the piston are formed in the piston; and inner hexagon screws with thin-wall small holes are formed at two ends of the flow-guiding holes. The oil damper adopts an equivalent double-out-rod structure and has the advantages of simple and compact structure, full hysteretic curve and strong energy-dissipating capacity; based on the thin-wall small hole throttling, the oil damper is convenient and reliable to use; and oil liquid in the oil damper can be effectively prevented from leaking, and the stability is good.
