Constant Radiation, Symmetry and It's Implication for Frame Dragging

Energy radiating from any surface [Surface Area], under the graph is independent of time. [T > 0], Energydescribed by (Stefan-Boltzman Law ) is constant over area and don’t changes with time [area for per second]. For any black or grey body, energy radiating from required is energy emitted by that surface, calculationstells us that energy from that required area will be same every second and will not change with time. Stefan gave us anexplicit proof over the thermal radiation, (Stefan, Boltzman,) and by using that we can tell every physical body inthis universe is radiating some energy (except T ≥ absolute zero). Physically for T with a given range,, oneexpects thermal radiation, and that radiation is naturally a wave (1). But one can also predict for T > 0 (absolute zero),radiation over area will change in near time. Area under gra ph for any energy radiating over surface area don’t multiply ordon’t flow every second. And after implementing constant radiation one can say that energy-body radiation symmetryactually exists. This paper also give us a solution that is closely related t o Frame Dragging and Mach’s Principle.
