Kansei analysis for transmedia storytelling products based on story and character

Development of transmedia storytelling product by local developers still focuses on the media, platforms, business models, technologies, and development techniques. There are few transmedia storytelling product. Story and character are two essential component in developing a good product. Story and character are important element directly related to consumers' emotion, and also becomes a core of storytelling product. Therefore, this research attempted to analyze the product of transmedia storytelling based on consumers' perspectives related to story and character. In this research we implemented kansei engineering in order to discover what kind of consumers' emotional factors must be considered in developing consumers' desired transmedia storytelling products in the future.
