The preparation method comprises steps as follows: a bone glue solution is taken, added to a flask and heated to the temperature of 40-80 DEG C while being stirred, then Al2(SO4)3 is added to the flask, potassium thiocyanate, methanol and sodium benzoate are added after constant-temperature stirring, the mixture is stirred at a constant temperature to have a reaction , and the bone glue adhesive is obtained. The bone glue adhesive prepared with the method has the characteristics of high adhesion strength, low solidifying point, good stability and excellent water resistance.
