Petrochemical oil emulsion method for mixed protein biological surfactant

The invention provides a petrochemical oil emulsion method for a mixed protein biological surfactant. The method comprises the following steps of: mixing silk fibroin and soybean protein in a biological surfactant mixture, and preparing a solution of required concentration by using water; respectively mixing the biological surfactant mixture solution and petrochemical oil with the same volume in a glass vial; oscillating at room temperature; standing under lucifugal constant-temperature conditions, and realizing petrochemical oil emulsion of the mixed protein biological surfactant. According to the method, the prepared petrochemical oil emulsion is high in emulsifying capacity and high in stability; in addition, the mixed protein biological surfactant has the ingredient of protein and is wide in source and biodegradable, and secondary environmental pollution is avoided. According to the provided method, the petrochemical oil can be effectively emulsified, and the method can be applied to environmental oil treatment and industrial production of petrochemical oil.
