Surgical lamp and light spot adjusting device thereof

Disclosed are a surgical lamp and a light spot adjusting device thereof. The surgical lamp comprises a lamp cap and a rotation disc. At least one column of lighting units is distributed on the lamp cap, wherein each column of the lighting units comprises at least one lighting unit and each lighting unit comprises a light source (102). The rotation disc is matched with the lamp cap in shape. The rotation disc is arranged on one side of the light emitting surface of the lamp cap and at least a first lens array (33) and a second lens array (31) are distributed on the rotation disc, wherein lenses of the first lens array (33) are different from those of the second lens array (31). The relative position between the lamp cap and the rotation disc is adjustable, to make the light source (102) of each lighting unit correspond to a lens of the first lens array (33) or the second lens array (31) corresponding to the rotation disc and adjust the size or shape of a formed light spot.
