The invention, which belongs to the distribution technical field of an electric power system, relates to a wiring structure of a distribution network containing a microgrid. An input terminal of the wiring structure is connected with a power supply of a conventional electric grid. The wiring structure is composed of a plurality of branches that are connected in a radial mode or a tree-shaped mode, and the branches comprises a set of or a plurality of sets of power transmission lines, transformers and microgrids, wherein the power transmission lines, the transformers and the microgrids are connected in series and in order. According to the invention, the utilization rate and the power supply reliability of a transformer station and equipments like lines are considered comprehensively; the wiring structure of the distribution network containing the microgrid enables the distribution network containing the microgrid has advantages of good economy, reliability, and adaptability, and the wiring structure of the distribution network containing the microgrid can be applied to practical construction and reconstruction of the distribution network containing the microgrid.
