PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique actualizing radio communication by a radio terminal without disclosing an identifier proper to the radio terminal, irrespective of whether or not the radio terminal includes a telephone function.SOLUTION: A radio terminal 100A includes: an identifier acquisition unit 111 for acquiring an identifier from a radio communication device 200A through short-range radio communication; and a connection request provision unit 112 for providing a connection request to the radio communication device 200A using the identifier acquired by the identifier acquisition unit 111.
