Study on the Design Characteristic and Method of the Propelling Charge of Small and Medium Caliber Mortar Bomb

This paper describes the design characteristic of the propelling charge of small and medium caliber mortar bomb from theory and presents one complete set of design method combining with engineering practice.The correctness of this design method has been confirmed in much practice.
