Physical simulation and Numerical simulation for precision forming of spiral bevel driven gear are studied in this paper.Through the analysis of the filling condition of gear's teeth during the forming process,the distribution of equivalent strain and equivalent stress,and the flow law of inner metal particles,metal flow law are obtained in the precision forming of spiral bevel driven gear and deforming mechanism is illustrated.The numerical simulation results are in good agreement with the physical simulation results.
