Determination of Nitrobenzene in Water by Solid Phase Extraction Coupled with High Performance Liquid Chromatography

The method for determination the nitrobenzene content in water by HPLC with solid phase extraction was established.The results showed that nitrobenzene had a good linear correlation(r=0.99992) when it was added from 1.344～134.4 μg/L,its recovery was 90.18%～100.64%,and relative standard deviation(RSD) was less than 7.95%,also the minimum detectable value was 6.2×10-4μg.This method could be applied to analysis the water samples.
