중년여성의 거주 지역에 따른 광피부유형과 멜라닌,홍반 측정값에 관한 연구

The study now covers the estimation of erythema and melanin of 202 middle-aged women, namely, 104 farm and 98 urban residents, to shed light on skin photo types, pigmentation. As a result, the erythema value of the measured areas appeared highest in the forehead, 308.56±59.96 EI, followed by the cheeks and the medial side of arm; the melanin value was shown highest in the forehead, 165.34±43.97 MI, followed by the medial side of arm and the cheeks. For the differences between residential areas, the farm residents turned out to have higher values of pigmentation than urban ones. Regarding skin photo types, they appeared highest in the urban skin photo types II, I and IV in order; the rural skin photo types III, II, and I in order, which proved that where they lived brought the differences in skin photo types. The erythema and melanin indices appeared higher in every part of the skin of the farm residents than the urban ones, implying that those living in farms react more sensitively to UV rays. In closing, the study indicated that the phototype of middle-aged women living in cities and farms revealed itself redder, that what is called for is active countermeasures for the exposure to UV rays, in order to minimize the sensitiveness of the skin.
