Coating composition comprising a mineral binder and a layered silicate and coating system and insulation system comprising a coating material

2011
Composition for forming a cement or plaster layer on a component or an on-site underground, comprises a mineral binder, and at least one filler and/or auxiliary agent. The composition is processable by adding water and/or a different solvent to form a paste-like mass. The composition contains an adhesive- or a plaster layer of a silicate layer as the filler formed by the composition for improving the sorption capacity, where the filler contains the silicate layer (at least 3 wt.%, preferably at least 7 wt.%), and the silicate layer has an average particle size of 0.1-3 mm, preferably 0.2-2 mm. Composition for forming a cement- or plaster layer on a component or an on-site underground, comprises a mineral binder, and at least one filler and/or auxiliary agent, where the composition is processable by adding water and/or a different solvent to form a paste-like mass. The composition contains an cement- or a plaster layer of at least one silicate layer as the filler formed by the composition for improving the sorption capacity, where the filler contains the proportion of the silicate layer (at least 3 wt.%, preferably at least 7 wt.%), and the silicate layer has an average particle size of 0.1-3 mm, preferably 0.2-2 mm. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a coating composition for forming the cement- or plaster layer on the component or the on-site underground, comprising the above mentioned composition, and water and/or other solvent; (2) a coating system comprising the above mentioned coating composition for forming a single- or multi-layer of the cement- or the plaster layer, where the water vapor diffusion resistance factor of the formed single- or multi-layer of the cement- or plaster layer is less than 25, preferably less than 20; and (3) an insulating system comprising the above mentioned coating composition and at least one insulating panel, where the water vapor diffusion resistance factor of the insulating panel is less than 20, preferably less than 10.
