The present invention relates to a spacer sorting and discharging device for a camera lens that automatically sorts and discharges spacers in accordance with the measured thicknesses of the spacers, thus improving the workability and production efficiency of the product. According to the present invention, the spacer sorting and discharging device for a camera lens that is adapted to sort and discharge camera lens spacers (S) in accordance with the measured thicknesses of the spacers (S) includes: a plurality of collection containers (90) fixedly disposed under the device so as to collect the spacers (S) by thickness; a discharge guide (80) located above the collection containers (90) and having a plurality of guide grooves (81) formed to guide the spacers (S) to each collection container (90); and a sorting and discharging part (70) located above the discharge guide (80) and having a guide through hole (71) formed at the inside thereof so as to sort and discharge the spacers (S) whose thicknesses are measured to the corresponding guide grooves (81), a sorting cylinder (74) moving the sorting and discharging part (70) in left and right sides, an opening/closing member (72) opening/closing the guide through hole (71), and an opening/closing cylinder (73) driving the opening/closing member (72).
