The Golgi-Cox research of anterior dorsal ventricular in Gekko gecko

Brain from four specimens of Gekko gecko were prepared for cytoarchitectural analyses. Each Gekko gecko was perfused with 0.7% saline, their brains were extracted, stained with Golgi-Cox, embedded in the paraffin, cut into sections in cross and observed in light microscope. There are different kinds of cell types and dendritic appendages in different layers and areas of anterior dorsal ventvicu lar in Gekko gecko; The rdius of cell dimension is 6-30 mum, the most of them are the radius of 20 mum; The cell cluster of mass, column and curve were found in different layers and areas.
