The invention discloses a method and a device for calendering and manufacturing a Fresnel condensing lens, relating to the technical field of the production method and equipment of the Fresnel condensing lens. Aiming at the defect of complicated integral working procedure caused by shaping the Fresnel structure on a glass substrate during the existing Fresnel condensing lens manufacture, the method comprises the following steps: a. melting glass base stock; b. calendering and shaping the melted glass base stock into plate glass; c. calendering and shaping the plate glass into the Fresnel condensing lens by a Fresnel model calendering roller; and d. annealing and cooling. The device comprises a glass calender, wherein the glass calender is provided with an upper calendering roller and a lower calendering roller driven by a driving device; the outlets of the upper calendering roller and the lower calendering roller are provided with a first calendering roller and a second calendering roller, both of which are matched and connected in parallel; and the first calendering roller or the second calendering roller is fixedly provided with Fresnel patterns. The method and the device are especially suitable for manufacturing the Fresnel condensing lens.
