ОЦЕНКА ХИРУРГИЧЕСКОГО ЛЕЧЕНИЯ ХРОНИЧЕСКОЙ ИШЕМИИ ГОЛОВНОГО МОЗГА ПО ДАННЫМ НЕВРОЛОГИЧЕСКОГО И НЕЙРОПСИХОЛОГИЧЕСКОГО ОБСЛЕДОВАНИЯ

There are examined 127 patients, who have transferred carotid endarterectomy. The results of research certifi cate that the conduction of CEAE can prevent the progressive course of chronic cerebral ischemia in 85 %of subjects and as a result we have stabilization or improvement of neurologic and/or neurolopsychologic state. The age of a patient, condition of contralateral carotid artery, the type of atherosclerosis plaque, associated pathology, the existence of the episodes of transient ischemic attacks and ischemic stroke in the pre-operating period exert an effect on the results of an operation.
