According to the working principles, under the action of sinusoidal voltage or currents, the intelligent material drive pump compresses oil in a pump cavity to pass through the oil path block and enter the reversing valve, loop reversing of the oil is achieved through the reversing valve so that bidirectional movement of a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder can be achieved, and by building a linear model of the sinusoidal voltage or current signal input frequency and the speed of an output rod of the hydraulic cylinder, open-loop control over the speed of the output rod of the hydraulic cylinder of the electro-hydrostatic actuator can be achieved by changing the sinusoidal voltage or current signal input frequency.
