The invention provides a multi-mode hybrid power supply system for an ICP (integrated core processor). The system comprises the ICP with three work modes defined, wherein the three work modes of the ICP comprise a key task work mode, a normal work mode and an emergent work mode which can be switched mutually; in the key task work mode, the ICP only runs key tasks of an avionic system, a processor is supplied with power by an APU (auxiliary power unit), and key modules, including NSM1, NSM2, GPIO1, GPIO2 and MMM, of the ICP work; the processor is supplied with power by a main generator, namely in a normal power supply state; in the emergent work mode, the ICP only runs the key tasks of the avionic system. According to the multi-mode hybrid power supply system and method for the ICP, requirements for hybrid power supply modes of the system are met through the dynamic multi-mode work design of the ICP, so that the ICP can dynamically adjust the work modes according to changes of an airplane power supply system in real time, a hybrid power supply requirement of an airplane system is met, and key task execution adaptability of the avionic system is improved.
