Об учете оценок предельных значений стока при построении функции распределения максимальных расходов воды

The problem of estimates of statistical characteristics of maximum river runoff taking into account its probable maximum values is considered. The method based on considering distributions limited above (i.e. having an upper limit) proposed. Probable maximum flood (PMF) characterized by its error definitions was adopted as the upper limit. Using a Bayesian approach the distribution function (probability curve) is obtained.
