Meningioma maligno primario de pulmón

59 year old male that complained of chronic cough; his medical work up revealed a lower lobe mass of the right lung of approximately 5 cm in diameter. A right thoracotomy and mass resection was performed. The histopathologic work including immunohistochemistry and electron microscopy studies, showed a malignant lung meningioma. We ruled out the presence of intracranial meningioma through a positron emission tomography same that showed intrathoracic metastatic activity. Conclusions: This is the fourth case report of a primary malignant lung meningioma.
