ABSTRACT
The objective of this research is to determine whether organizational management affects the corporate image of the Sultana Company in Riobamba period 2018. People joining forces manage to overcome limitations by taking advantage of the potential of other people. (Davalos, 2015). It has been possible to identify that the company has some shortcomings since it has an improvised organizational structure, it had a weak internal system of policies, values and beliefs, the corporate image presented weaknesses since it was not well known in the city, the little competitiveness on the part of the company, limited staff training, that is why it was important that the company count as elements, strategies and skills that allowed it to carry out its economic activity, in the same way having an established corporate image will facilitate to be known, methodologically a hypothetical deductive method used, with a non-experimental design, with a type of field research, the population was external clients and company workers, the techniques used were surveys and interviews and the instrument the questionnaire, through which the results obtained, the same that facilitated the realization of the Chi-square of 44.61 with degrees of freedom of 5 and a significance of 0.05, thus showing that the null hypothesis is rejected and the specific hypothesis is approved, reaching the conclusion that organizational management affects the corporate image of the company.
