Chronic renal failure is a disease of varied etio- logy, characterized by slow, progressive loss of renal function. The kidney being an organ that plays a role very important to our body because it is responsible for removing toxins and waste. This disease brings multiple alterations in the body between them have the oral manifestations that are directly related to the disease or treatment to combat it. The oral manifestations that can be found in the- se patients may be xerostomia, halitosis, disgu- sia, gingival enlargement, sacred gingival, gingivitis, uremic stomatitis, enamel hypoplasia, joint problems, among others. This review describes the manifestations sores that may occur in patients with chronic renal fai- lure.
