The embodiment of the invention discloses a light source module. The steps of assembling the light source module can be simplified, and the yield of the light source module in the assembling process is increased. According to a method in the embodiment, a frame, at least one fixing part, at least one light source unit, a light guide plate and a light reflecting plate are included. The frame comprises a bottom frame and a plurality of side walls. The bottom frame comprises a first bottom frame part and a second bottom frame part. Each fixing part is of a step-shaped structure and is fixed to the first bottom frame part. Each fixing part comprises a first step part arranged on the first bottom frame part and a second step part shorter than the first step part, wherein the first step part comprises an extending part. According to the light source module, due to the fixing parts of the step-shaped structure, and the light guide plate and the light reflecting plate can be fixed into the narrow frame at the same time, the steps of assembling the light source module are simplified, and the yield of the light source module in the assembling process is increased.
