The invention discloses a computing method and a computing device for steam thermal parameters in a ground steam injection pipeline. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring computing parameters which comprise boiler outlet steam pressure, temperature, well-mouth steam pressure, temperature and ground pipeline length; and according to the boiler outlet steam pressure, the temperature, the well-mouth steam pressure, the temperature and the ground pipeline length, carrying out linear processing on the steam pressure and the temperature in the ground pipeline, and determining pressure and temperature, along any point of the ground pipeline, of the steam. According to the computing method and the computing device for steam thermal parameters in the ground steam injection pipeline, precision for determining the steam thermal parameters on any position of the ground steam injection pipeline can be improved.
