The invention discloses a device integrated with extraction, amplification and detection of a nucleic acid. The device is a box, and comprises a sealed cavity body (1), a base (2) combined with the cavity body, at least two chambers (3) on the base, and at least one pipette (4) which is arranged inside the cavity body and capable of rotating and vertically moving inside the cavity body. The extraction, amplification and detection of nucleic acid molecules can be realized inside the box disclosed by the invention. Through using the box, the pollution problem existing in the amplification and detection of pathogenic microorganisms can be effectively prevented.
