A PRELIMINARY STUDY ON THE STRESS RESISTANCE OF RHIZOBIA LSOLATED FORM Amorpha fruticosa L.

Amorpha fruticosa L.which belongs to fallen-leaf species is widely distributed in the plain of our country,it has strong resistance and high application value.Several biochemical characteristics were determined,including resistance to salt,acid-alkali,temperature variation and intrinsic antibiotics to the strain of rhizobia isolated from Amorpha fruitcosa L.in bayannor of inner Mongolia in 2009.The results indicated that mold the strain supplied could tolerate NaCl stress at 3 % concentration,it could grow at a range of Ph from 5-12,it could survive when it is put in the Environment of 60 degrees below zero for ten minutes,The strain displays the different resistance to the different antibiotic.It has been proved from the experiment that Amorpha fruticosa L.nodule strain has the ability of anti-high anti-salt alkaloid and anti-high temperature.
