Suppurative complications of group A (3-hemolytic Streptococcus infection can present acutely and progress rapidly if prompt treatment is not initiated. Awareness of uncommon presentations is essential. We report a patient with a rare form of group A β-hemolytic Streptococcus disease, subpectoral abscess.
