The uniform foam applying device comprises a pulp supplying device, a foaming machine, a conveying pipeline, a sensing type cutting edge and a pulp groove, wherein the pulp supplying device contains and conveys raw pulp and foaming auxiliary agents, the foaming machine foams the pulp, the conveying pipeline conveys the foam to a sprayer, the supplying device simultaneously conveys the foaming auxiliary agents and the raw pulp into the foaming machine, the pulp foam subjected to foaming through the foaming machine is conveyed to the sprayer through the conveying pipeline, the side wall of the sprayer is in a horn shape with a downward opening, the horn-shaped opening part of the sprayer is provided with a spraying bottom surface connected with the side wall in a sealed way, a hollow inner cavity is formed between the side wall and the spraying bottom surface, a pulp outlet of the conveying pipeline is communicated with an inner cavity of the sprayer from the top of the sprayer, a plurality of spraying nozzles are distributed on the spraying bottom surface of the sprayer, and in addition, the distance between the spray nozzles leaving far away towards the two sides is gradually reduced. The uniform foam applying device has the advantages that the distribution of the spray nozzles is utilized, the foam sprayed out from the sprayer to the cutting edge is enabled to be uniform, and the uniformity of the warp yarn foam sizing is ensured.
