The invention relates to the field of explosives, in particular to a one-pass charge for a plain detonator. The one-pass charge for the plain detonator can solve the technical problems that the existing one-pass charge for the detonator is easy to become sticky at higher temperature, poor in flowability, non-uniform in powder feeding during charging and insufficient in uniformity of the particle size of a product. The one-pass charge for the plain detonator is prepared by the following steps of: (a) placing water into a container, placing cyclonite into the water and stirring to prepare a suspension; (b) adding a bonding agent and a demulsifying agent, and uniformly stirring; (c) raising the temperature of an obtained mixed solution to 55 DEG C-60 DEG C and adding ethyl acetate; (d) stopping adding the ethyl acetate and distilling the ethyl acetate when the particle size of bonded particles achieves 20-80 meshes; and (e) filtering the solution after the end of the distillation of the ethyl acetate, and washing a filtering medium. The product obtained by the method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of uniform particle size, good explosive effect, capability of being less prone to become sticky at the higher temperature, smooth surface, good flowability and effect of reducing the mechanical sensitivity of the product.
