Study on naphthalene superplasticizer modified by sodium gluconate
2007
A naphthalene superplasticizer modified by sodium gluconate was synthesized by graft modification, its synthesis process was first set forth in brief, then analyzed infrared spectrum of the product and made comparisons on performance differences between naphthalene superplasticizer modified by sodium gluconate and naphthalene sulfonate superplasticizer such as fluidity, interfacial tension, surface adsorptive capacity,slump,water-reducing rate and compression strength. The result of experiments shows that by graft modification, the water-reducing rate of naphthalene superplasticizer after modification increase 3.39% and its slump-loss rate in 2 h decrease 41.49%,simultaneously preventing the rapid loss of slump of conventional naphthalene sulfonate superplasticizer and reinforcing the concrete compression strength at early stage.
