Many children and adolescents suffer from somatic symptoms, especially different types of headache. There are many different explanations, mostly multidimensional and functional, e.g. migraine or vasomotoric tension headache. However, in some cases, different organic diseases should be taken into consideration. The therapy is multimodal.
