Pharmaceutical composition for external use containing a salt of dexketoprofen, and a process for its preparation

FIELD: medicine; chemical and pharmaceutical industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and chemical-pharmaceutical industry, namely to pharmaceutical composition for external use, which has an analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect, as well as a method for its preparation. Pharmaceutical composition contains dexketoprofen trometamol and target additives: dimethylsulfoxide, ethanol (96 %), carbomer, neutralizer, flavor and purified water. Composition preferably contains as a carbomer a hydrophobically modified cross-linked polyacrylate Carbopol carbomer ® Ultrez 21 Polymer, as a neutralizer, tetrahydroxypropylethylenediamine (Neutrol ® TE), and as a flavoring – lavender oil. Claimed drug has a high analgesic activity and prolonged effective anti-inflammatory action.
