Method for strengthening concrete by applying magnesium phosphate cement and fiber cloth composite materials

2013
The invention discloses a method for strengthening concrete by applying magnesium phosphate cement and fiber cloth composite materials and belongs to the field of repairing and strengthening of novel building materials and structures. Magnesium phosphate cement is prepared by magnesia, phosphate, a retarder, water and admixture according to a certain proportion. The surface of concrete needing strengthening is polished to be smooth, and the magnesium phosphate cement is evenly coated on the surface of the concrete and flattened, wherein the thickness of the magnesium phosphate cement is 2cm to 5cm. Fiber cloth is slightly pressed on a position needing sticking by hand, and a roller is utilized for rolling repeatedly along a fiber direction so as to extrude bubbles out. Finally, a magnesium phosphate cement layer with the thickness of 3cm to 5cm is further coated on the fiber cloth surface and taken as a protective surface covering layer. The method for strengthening the concrete by applying the magnesium phosphate cement and fiber cloth composite materials has the advantages of being simple in construction method, high-temperature resistance, good in durability, capable of low-temperature construction, environment-friendly and the like, and has good promotion and application prospects.
