ANALISIS PENGARUH FAKTOR PRODUKSI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS PERIKANAN PUKAT CINCIN DI KABUPATEN MALUKU TENGGARA

P emanfaatan ikan pelagis kecil di Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara dilakukan dengan berbagai alat tangkap, salah satunya adalah pukat cincin yang dalam bahasa lokal disebut jaring bobo. Untuk itu dalam rangka meningkatkan produksi perikanan tangkap ikan pelagis kecil yang pada akhirnya akan berdampak pada peningkatan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat nelayan , sehingga perlu di evaluasi faktor-faktor produksi perikanan pukat cincin yang berpengaruh. Variabel yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah lama operasi , biaya ekploitasi , luas jaring , jumlah ABK , ukuran kapal . Analisis data menggunakan Cobb-Douglas . Faktor lama operasi, biaya ekploitasi , luas jaring , jumlah ABK , ukuran kapal memberikan kontribusi atau sumbangan bersama-sama sebesar 89,70%. Hasil analisis secara bersama-sama dengan Uji F menunjukan bahwa semua faktor produksi memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap produktivitas Pukat cincin . Secara parsial memperlihatkan bahwa lama operasi dan luas jaring yang memberikan pengaruh nyata secara langsung terhadap produktivitas Pukat cincin. Seluruh variabel bebas yang dipilih sebagai faktor input menjadi penentu produktivitas perikanan Pukat Cincin karena tidak terdapatnya multikolinearitas antar faktor produksi (keterkaitan antar variabel), sehingga model fungsi Cobb-Douglas yang digunakan untuk analisis variabel ini sangat baik. Kata Kunci : Pukat Cincin, Faktor Produksi, Produktivitas ABSTRACT The use of small pelagic fish in South Eastern Maluku Disrict was carried out by various fishing gears, one of them is the deep purse seine or in local language called the jaring bobo . In order to improve the production of small pelagic fish catch that will impact the imrpovement of income and prosperity of fishermen, it was necessary to evaluate production factors of the deep purse seine. The observed variables during the present research were the operational duration, exploitation cost, net wide, number of crue and ship size. Data were analyzed with the Cobb-Douglas . Factor of operational duration, exploitation cost, net wide, number of crue and ship size in overall contributed to 89.70%. Cumulative test with F Test showed that all production factors contribted significantly to the production of the deep purse seine. Partially, the operational cost and net wide were directly significantly controbute to the productivity of the deep purse seine. All selected independent variables as input factors were the determinant of the productivity of the deep purse seine indicated by the absent of the multicolinierity among production factor (dependability between variables), so the Cobb-Douglas analysis was working very well for this variable.
