Stone paper based on waste electric ceramic insulator and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses stone paper based on waste electric ceramic insulators. The stone paper is prepared from following raw materials, by mass: 20-60% of hydroxyapatite super-long nano wires, 10-40% of electric ceramic insulator powder, 1-3% of a curing agent, 1-3% of an inorganic salt binder, 1-3% of an organic substance binder, 1-5% of sodium hydroxide and the balanced being water. The stone paper is prepared by preparing a solution, performing thermal treatment and performing dehydration moulding. The preparation method can be used for classifying and recycling various waste electric ceramic insulators which then are combied with the novel hydroxyapatite stone paper technology, so that an excellent novel material being high-temperature-resistant, friction-resistant, flame-retarding and insulating can be prepared. On one hand, production cost of conventional hydroxyapatite stone paper is reduced, and on the other hand, recycling ratio and recycling value of the waste electric ceramic insulators are greatly increased, thereby greatly reducing resource waste and operation cost of electric lines.
