Gene expression analysis in primary lung cancers.

Gene expression was analysed in 13 pairs of primary lung cancers and their corresponding non cancerous lung tissues. The specimens were obtained from the Nice Hospital Tumor Bio Bank, France. Dye swap-experiment were designed by comparing cancerous tissue versus adjacent normal lung tissue.This experiment has been deposited in the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database under reference number GSE18694.
