Synthesis and Performance of Li4Ti5O12 Anode Materials Using the PVP‐Assisted Combustion Method.

Li4Ti5O12 is prepared by a gel-combustion method using polyvinylpyrrolidone as chelating agent and fuel, TiO2, and Li(OAc) in H2O at pH 3 (100 °C) before igniting the dried gel and subsequent calcination in air (800 °C, 8 h).
