Serial ATA Gen2 Jitter Tolerance Testing

Serial ATA [i] is an increasingly common serial bus technology aimed at disk drive applications. Electrical receivers are required to pass a test of their jitter tolerance using a stressed eye. This paper gives context to the requirements, and describes the construction of a compliant stressed eye signal.
