The invention provides an indoor personnel location device which comprises a Zigbee network coordinator, a plurality of reference routing nodes, at least one portable positioning board, a wireless charging baseboard and a background processing computer with a geographic information system (GIS), the Zigbee network coordinator is responsible for organizing and generating a zigbee network, the reference routing nodes and the portable positioning board are arranged in the zigbee network, and the Zigbee network coordinator is connected with the background processing computer. According to the indoor personnel location device, a zigbee network wireless positioning technology and a wireless charging technology are well combined, a wireless positioning system is used for performing indoor positioning, the background processing computer with the GIS is used for achieving map positioning and displaying effects, accordingly, positioning accuracy is improved, convenience of charging of the wireless positioning board is achieved due to application of the wireless charging technology.
