Tagebuchstudie zu Work-Life-Balance, Belastung und Ressourcen bei Lehrkräften an beruflichen Schulen im Vergleich zu anderen Berufen

In the current paper, we investigate (1) relationships between work-life-balance, stress, and personal resources as well as social resources, and (2) differences between teachers at vocational schools and employees of other professions respective the named variables. Behind the background of a field study we altogether surveyed 40 individuals high frequently during 21 days by diary method and we used standardized items as well as open response format for subsequent qualitative analysis. The empirical findings indicate correlations conform to our expectations. Furthermore, teachers at vocational schools report a lower work-life-balance, more perceived stress, and lower resilience than employees of other professions.
