Alterations in surface morphology caused by centrifugation of cells fixed with glutaraldehyde
1983
The surface morphology of nonadherent normal and neoplastic cells settled or centrifuged onto poly-L-lysine-coated coverslips was examined. We found varying degrees of change in the surface morphology after centrifugation, depending upon cell type and the force and duration of centrifugation.
