건강 웰니스 최적화를 위한 근활성도 분석

2015
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine differences in erector spinae activities according to table heights during ultrasound intervention in order to propose a optimum working environment. Methods: Ten healthy females volunteered to participate in this study. EMG signals of both erector spinae(T12, L4) were recorded through the surface electromyography system at different height of table(30㎝, 45㎝, 56㎝, 67㎝) during ultrasound therapy work. Results: The higher table heights there were, the lower RMS(㎶) of the T12, L4 erector spinae at both sides there were. RMS of L4 erect spinae showed higher than RMS of T12 erector spinae in all range of heights. but RMS of left erect sinae showed higher than RMS of right erector spinae in all range of heights. Conclusion: The muscle activities of both erector spinae decreased at higher table height and increased lower spinal level. We identified lower table height are risk factor of spine work related musculoskeletal disorders.
